Pain Point

Iveco's electric truck rental program was growing fast, but internal teams relied on disconnected systems. Generating quotes, tracking reservations, and monitoring vehicle telemetry required switching between multiple tools. Fleet managers had no unified view of operations.

Solution

Our developers joined Iveco's team to build the cross-platform application in Flutter (mobile + web) that now serves as the central hub for their electric fleet operations. We worked on core features: rental quoting, reservation management, and real-time vehicle tracking. IoT integration provides live telematics data. The web version gives office staff full access, while mobile lets field teams work on the go.
